Olympic Weightlifting is a great way to build strength, power, and is also an Olympic sport. The sport is comprised of two lifts: the snatch and the clean & jerk.
These dynamic, challenging, and beautiful movements require and build tremendous amounts of strength, speed, coordination, and skill.
Weightlifting is a large component of our CrossFit program, as well as a rewarding sport and training regime that you can choose to pursue.
Intermediate Weightlifting Class
Our Intermediate Program is for lifters who have been exposed to weightlifting and wish to pursue it in greater depth.
