Ted has been with us since August and he has become part of the CrossFit Portland community. He is a traveling doctor and we wanted to wish Ted safe travels and looking forward to his return to Portland! Oh, he will be doing the Paleo Challenge via distance so we look forward to receiving an update from him at the end of the challenge.
