CrossFit Portland is offering a two day intensive running technique clinic.
The Pose Running 2 Day Seminar is a two day intensive. Day one will be identifying movement problems, and teaching basic theory and drills. Day two will be spent narrowing focus on the student’s specific needs.
The workshop will be taught by Madoc Yng-Wong. Madoc is a Pose Running Technique Specialist, MovNat Level 2 Trainer, CrossFit Endurance and CrossFit Level 1 trainer, and Poliquin International PICP Level 2 Strength and Conditioning coach.
In those two days you will be introduced to efficient running technique, skill building drills, and general conditioning exercises for healthy, mindful movement.
You will also go through a tailored movement screen to isolate potential injury risk factors.
The lecture components will cover topics beyond basic running form, and will touch on general nutrition, injury prevention and recovery.
In addition, you will have a video assessment done of your running form and lower limb balance.
This clinic will give you the tools to improve your running form regardless of your experience level.
