A. Hang Power Snatch + OH Squat + Snatch Balance + Hang Snatch – 1+1+1+1 x 6 sets; rest 2 min b/t sets. Focus on technique.

B. Deadlift 55%1RM x 5; 65% 1RM x 5; 75% 1RM x amrap.
Rest 90 sec b/t sets; perform @ 21X0 tempo. You must maintain tempo on amrap set!

C. GHD situps 3 x 15-20; rest while others go.


90/90 hip stretch
Hip I/O rotations x 5/5
Shinbox switches x 7/7 (slow)
Pigeon position holds
