Great class this morning, especially for a Friday

  2. Good to be back. Nothing like a Friday morning with a chipper Jen West. More big Metcons on Fridays it is a great way to end the work week.

  5. I was a slug this morning. Maybe I’m too nervous about the Ducks game.

Was good to see Brock who killed the WOD Rx style.

Surprise of the morning was Garrett saying he’d rather do a WOD like that than left heavy weights.

  6. I get it now…great picture of Blake and then the WOD Blake. Duh. :/ It’s been a long week. As for the WOD, what’s 80% anyways? Why prolong the inevitable? Just get the torture over with by going as fast as possible, right? Ended up with 23:30, but decided just in case I miscounted, did more HSPUs and stopped just under 25. Obviously I get delirious after minute 20. My legs are still shivvery. On a weekend note, I want to say Go Beavs, but what’s the point? I will just say, Go Auburn instead.

  7. Squats – 205/235/255
Blake, HSPU were 1/4 depth, otherwise Rx. Took my time, 30:08.
