20 Hang squat cleans, 35/25 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascent

Congrats to the September On Ramp who finished last Saturday! We can’t wait to see you in class and looking forward to you joining the community. Isaac has a Baseline goal he is gunning for and just needs to get through those squats 🙂 He already started working on it last night in class!
