Adding 9 AM Saturday class to our schedule this weekend! So, Saturday class at 9 AM and 10 AM.

1) 5 rounds for form:
4 Deadlifts @ 77% max
2 Rope climbs, no feet if possible

2) 30″ on; 30″ off – 12 minutes
Clubbell side semi swings

ROM work:
Seal walk x one trip
Crab walk x 1 trip (hips high!)

Baseline test!
