Ladies’ High Heel Cocktail Party/”Watching Women in the Wild” Safari. CF PDX! It is time to party! The ladies are putting on their cocktail dresses and high heels and will be ready to rock it, RX of course. Men, you can come and watch 🙂 It is always fun to see everyone in something other then dri-fit workout gear.

When: Saturday, April 9 · 7:00pm – 11:00pm
Where: Vault Martini Bar

Warm Up

1) Run 800m
2) Squat Seq
3) 2 rounds:
9 No Wt Good Mornings (fast)
6 Pushups
3 Tuck Jumps

Mobility

Spinal Rocks
Prone Scorpions
Relax! Good work today

Games Wod #2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

9 Deadlifts 155lbs / 100 lbs
12 Push-ups, hand release at bottom, come up as a solid plan to be RX. No snaking!
15 Box jumps 24″ / 20″

Everyone that’s signed up for 6:30 pm, recognize we will need probably at least 3 heats. First come, first served! If you can get to the gym before 6:30 PM, you can warm up and we will get you into the first available heat. Others, please volunteer as judges and cheer your compadres on until its your turn!

  1. Can somebody please clarify for the newbie. Are today’s WOD’s for the Games only, or can I still come if I’m not participating in The Games? Thanks!
