For those of you who know Karen and Casey Pulyeart from Crossfit Fort Vancouver, they have a fantastic blog going. Karen said she would talk about paleo to friends and family, and would get lots of comments about how to really do paleo. So they started this great blog, Purely Primal! They’ve got lots of great recipes and holiday suggestions.
Brian had a great site suggestion. His friend Jen from Texas has a great blog, Jen’s Gone Paleo. Recently she’s been including lots of holiday themed recipes. Check out Jenn’s great site, and get a head start on the next set of holidays!
