Muscle-up – # of reps from 5 minute amrap last week for time
– If you didn’t do it last week, do a 5 minute amrap
OR
Ring Row Muscle-up Transition – 5 sets of 5; rest 1 min

Training
A. Clean & Jerk – 80% x 1 rep every minute on the minute x 5 minutes
B. Good Morning – add 5-10# from last time x 5 reps x 3 sets; rest 2-3 min
+
2 rounds for time of:
25 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20”
10RL KB Snatch 24/16kg
