Training
A. Clean & Jerk – 85% x 1 rep every 90 seconds x 8 sets
B. Back Squat – 85% x 2 reps every 2 minutes x 5 sets
+
2 rounds for time:
25 Hang Power Snatch 65/45#
25 RL Walking Lunges
